Homeschool Application Dates

Submission for the 2024-2025 school year is open

Submissions for the 2023-2024 school year is closed. (closed on April 30, 2023)

Applications can be submitted for the next academic year (2024- 2025) from December 1, 2023 to April 30, 2024. This will allow parents and your child to organize ahead of time for learning as part of home education. This will also allow the parent to receive the district director’s answer ahead of time, as well as to allow the education system to check the applications and prepare for the activation of the educational frameworks, including the determination of the status of the students for the next school year.

Exceptions for late application submission

An exception for homeschooling is permitted for one of the following reasons:

Prolonged and continuous stay abroad for a period exceeding three months.
New immigrants who immigrated to Israel after the date specified above.
Returning residents who returned to Israel after the ending date.
